Overview: Our fitness for work assessments provide expert, independent, objective evaluations of employees’ capacity to perform their duties safely and effectively, particularly after injury, illness, mental health concerns, prolonged leave or concerning behaviour.
A fitness for work assessment offers an independent psychological evaluation of an employee's fitness to carry out their work in a safe and effective manner. The assessment can be carried out either before, after, or during commencing employment.

Process:

  1. Consent and Context: The employee provides relevant context and documentation.

  2. Assessment: Conducted via telehealth or in-person, focusing on mental health, functioning and psychosocial risk management.

  3. Report: A comprehensive report with findings and recommendations is provided to employer and employee.

  • Presenting Issues and Concerns

    • Personal challenges

    • Work challenges

  • Psychological Assessment and Tests

    • Description of symptoms

    • Diagnosis if appropriate
